Boago Learning Solutions Consulting runs learner support programs that begin in high school and provide pupils with one-on-one coaching from subject matter experts in the fields of maths, science and accounting. They also provide support materials for learning as many of them do not have access to textbooks and also provide proper career guidance to stimulate more involvement into their chosen career paths.

Secondly, greatest challenges for pupils in the post-school environment is to acquire employability skills needed in the workplace. In this current economic climate, it is essential that graduates are prepared to enter the workplace possessing key skills which will enable them to compete in today’s job market.

In partnership with SMMEs and Co-operatives, Boago Learning Solutions offers these unemployed graduates workplace mentorship and coaching in order to bridge the gap between their studies and the work environment and they are thus better prepared to secure permanent employment in the future. These graduates are also given an introduction to entrepreneurship to stimulate the innovative mindset that inspires them to create businesses to combat unemployment.
